What We're Looking For

We’re seeking properties that can effectively support equipment rental, sales, and service operations. Ideal sites offer flexible building sizes and sufficient acreage to accommodate both indoor and outdoor needs, with high clear heights, truck accessibility, and room for equipment storage. Locations should be zoned for industrial use and allow for equipment-related activities, with multiple access points and convenient proximity to major transportation routes. We’re also looking for sites with reliable utilities, three-phase power, water and sewer availability, and the potential to add wash bays and outdoor storage areas.
