Ideal sites offer flexible building sizes and sufficient acreage to accommodate both indoor and outdoor needs, with high clear heights, truck accessibility, and room for equipment storage. Locations should be zoned for industrial use and allow for equipment-related activities, with multiple access points and convenient proximity to major transportation routes. We’re also looking for sites with reliable utilities, three-phase power, water and sewer availability, and the potential to add wash bays and outdoor storage areas.

We're looking for industrial properties with 5-8 acres and 9,000-15,000 sq ft buildings that can accommodate our equipment rental, sales, and service operations for typical Core Solutions branches. Smaller properties or sites with other characteristics may be considered for specialized locations.
Do you prefer to lease or purchase?
We're flexible on structure but prefer long-term arrangements that provide operational control and modification rights.
What markets are you targeting?
We're expanding nationwide with focus on major metro markets and middle markets with strong construction activity. Growth in the Eastern half of the United States will be a target priority through 2028.
How quickly do you make decisions?
Our initial review takes 1-2 weeks, with full evaluation typically completed within 8-12 weeks.
What zoning do you require?
