What types of properties are you seeking?
We're looking for industrial properties with 5-8 acres and 9,000-15,000 sq ft buildings that can accommodate our equipment rental, sales, and service operations for typical Core Solutions branches. Smaller properties or sites with other characteristics may be considered for specialized locations.
Do you prefer to lease or purchase?
We're flexible on structure but prefer long-term arrangements that provide operational control and modification rights.
