COLUMBIA, Mo., Jan. 13, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ��ɫ��Ƶ.com Inc (“��ɫ��Ƶ”), a leader in connected jobsite technology and one of the largest equipment rental providers in the United States, today announced the launch of the initial public offering of 30,500,000 shares of its Class A common stock (the “Offering”) and the commencement of the roadshow. ��ɫ��Ƶ is offering 30,500,000 shares of Class A common stock. In connection with the Offering, the selling shareholders are expected to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,575,000 shares of Class A common stock to cover over-allotments. The initial public offering price is currently expected to be between $23.50 and $25.50 per share.
