F. Shayne Brasfield

Born in Knoxville, Tennessee, Shayne graduated from the University of Tennessee in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. He moved to Nashville and obtained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the Nashville School of Law while working for the 21st Judicial District Drug Task Force and then served as a Judicial Commissioner in Williamson County, TN. Before electing to practice law, Shayne co-founded K-9 Search On Site, a private canine detection company that offers a wide variety of canine detection services to some of the most sensitive facilities of the U.S. Government.

Shayne's trial practice focuses in the areas of Criminal Defense and Civil Litigation. In addition he handles a variety of Business Law matters. He is an active member and Barrister of the John Marshall American Inn of Court in Williamson County, Tennessee. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
